From the reviews

Incredible... Absolutely incredible. Trinity Massage Clinic is everything you could ask or hope for from a massage clinic; warm and inviting establishment, knowledgeable respectful and responsive reception, and they even offer delicious complimentary spa water! Karyl the owner/therapist is just perfect!

★★★★★ — Karen, Apr 2018

Wow! This girl knows her stuff! AMAZING TECHNIQUE! The therapist/owner Karyl, is tiny but packs a serious punch when it comes to deep tissue. I'm more than satisfied and will absolutely be back!

★★★★★ — Derek, May 2019

Everything from the atmosphere to the delicious complimentary spa water was just what you'd hope for while trying to relax. The massage itself was amazing, seriously on a level of it's own. I speak from much experience with massage techique as my mother has been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years.

★★★★★ — Derek, Mar 2018

Karyl is an excellent practitioner. I have had countless massages throughout the past 20 years, specifically for neck injury and resulting neck and upper back pain. She used a technique that I had never experienced before. I usually leave a session feeling, "done for the day", but not this time.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
