From the reviews

The best massage I’ve ever had! Seriously! Jessica was extremely professional and was able to work the spots I had told her were giving me problems. And the hot stones are an absolute game changer! I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who has pain or soreness or who just wants to relax.

★★★★★ — Savannah, Apr 2026

I’ve had 15+ massage therapists over the years, and Jessica is by far the best. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and very effective at finding and treating problem areas. You can tell she really cares about her clients and the quality of her work. I’d highly recommend her.

★★★★★ — Kyle, Jul 2026

Jessica is an exceptional massage therapist. After dealing with an injury, her skill and professionalism have made a huge difference in how my body feels. Every session leaves me feeling noticeably better, with less pain and improved mobility.

★★★★★ — Travis, Jul 2026

Jessica did a great job making sure that the massage was pleasant while still being rehabilitating. She asked what problem areas I would like her to focus on and was attentive in regards to how much pressure to apply to make sure it was productive without it being overly painful.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
