Dr. Khavari and his Team are AMAZING! He is multi-faceted and works in all areas of your health and wellness. He incorporates Chiropractic, acupuncture, cold laser, cupping, sports medicine and a good dose of laughter as well!
I recently visited Dr. Khavari for treatment of my tennis elbow, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked into his clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr.
I can't say enough positive things about TriMotus and Dr. Cam. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Cam truly goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is personalized and effective.
I spent an entire year with stomach and gut issue going to a gastroenterologist who only wanted to keep throwing pharmaceutical medications at my issue. He never got even close to resolving the core issues or pain. Two weeks with Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
