Why Trilogy Massage is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “it difficult to do your daily activities. Chronic pain can be debilitating and needs attention. I could not be more thankful for Mary at Trilogy Massage! She is amazing at what she does. I've received several massages with her and I have had lasting, healing results! She cares about her patients and that is apparent even with her other staff.

★★★★★ — Bobbie, May 2021

Mary, at Trilogy Massage, is an outstanding/gifted medical massage therapist. She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She has helped me so much with my muscle pain and has given me my life back. Also, she is an exceptionally nice person. She truly cares about getting her clients out of pain.

I had been suffering with debilitating pain in my legs for months when I found Mary - I'm now walking and moving again! My husband also pulled something in his back at the gym and she was able to fit him in and he came home SO much better! She has done wonders for us and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

★★★★★ — Hannah, Apr 2023

Mary and Elliott are the best massage therapists! They are very knowledgeable about human anatomy and various medical conditions. They both offer a medical massage. They have helped me with neck, back & hip pain for many years.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
