From the reviews

My son is a HS Cross Country athlete in his senior year. He sat out 8 weeks of summer training with what we thought was a knee injury. The orthopedist said he was good to go, despite the pain, but my son still couldn't run more than a mile at a time.

Dr. Hull is the heal-all! I was injured for 6 months, seeing doctor after chiropractor after massage therapist, seeing no results. After just one visit with Dr. Hull I was feeling better. After only 2 months I was released and well on my way to recovery. Dr. Hull really knows what he is doing.

Long time listener, first time caller. Had no clue what was wrong with my glute and hamstring when I came in. Dr. Bailee diagnosed immediately and went to work. It’s only been a few weeks but the mobility gain and disappearance of pain is incredible.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
