Why Tribal Wellness is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “just the affected and painful parts. Most medical centers offer single, disconnected solutions. From the reviews
Debbie is one of a kind. She is an incredible healer. She is able to do very strong deep tissue massage and has deep knowledge in Chinese healing techniques such as cupping, bioelectricity, acupressure, acupuncture, energy healing and has a number of machines that can help to heal injuries or chronic inflammation.
The best massage in the world! Deb is one of the best healers, wellness practitioners I have ever encountered. I am very experienced in massage therapy and Debbie blows everyone else out of the water.
Debbie is very skilled and focused on the areas where I had tension and feel quite stiff. The pressure was just right—firm yet relaxing—and the atmosphere was calming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling much more relaxed and with noticeable relief in my shoulders. Highly recommend!
Debbie has amazing techniques and exceptional skills! She’s incredibly friendly and thoughtful, always paying close attention to every detail. I’ve been here for a few sessions, and each time I leave feeling so much better. Highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
