From the reviews

My first experience at this amazi g spa. The staff and atmosphere was amazing. "Any" was my Therapist and she was beyond exceptional. She was instinctive and thorough in working every muscle into relaxation, and being quite tense person, myself , her techniques were notably very strong and show great experience.

Ok so today was the best experience I've had at a spa ‍ Thai Gran experience unlocked and I'll def be going back. I got the 90-min combo, which includes body and feet. Didn't have to say anything else. My entire body feels so blissful. The pain in my neck and shoulder has disappeared!

I came here for a massage after being introduced by a friend. After an hour of massage, I felt that this was the best massage I had enjoyed in more than 30 years. She found my pain points and fatigue points, and relaxed my body and mind. It was amazing. This is a good massage place worth recommending.

Nancy did an amazing massage today. Before she began the massage she asked what type of pressure I wanted, if I liked hot stones, if I was cold and needed a blanket. She hit all the pressure points and was very skilled. So relaxing, I fell asleep during the massage. I’m asking for her again.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
