I’m a nursing student and nothing nowadays is budget friendly. If you need to relieve some stress and tension but is also on a budget then this is your place. This place is AFFORDABLE and RELAXING.
One of the very best deep tissue massage experiences I’ve ever had. I came in with pain and Mark really took the time to listen and assess my issues. I feel so much better 24 hours later. Highly recommend and I will be a return client.
Great place that lives up to it's name!! Easy to find with 2 entrances into the parking lot. Waiting area outside and inside with lots of shade. Lacy was my therapist and is a wonderful person as well as a great massage therapist.
The owner, Lacy, has a very well put together team of professionals. I suffer from reoccurring upper back and neck pain; therefore, I have to get massages more often, Tranquility offers affordability. Most of my appointments have been with Amanda, over the last year and a half, she never disappoints.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
