Jennifer is simply amazing. I have been a client here for over 4 years now and everytime I come I am impressed with the presentation and efficiently of drift wellness. I have gone to multiple of the practitioners here and all are amazing. Each practitioner has their own space to curate and offers a variety of services.
I have tried several other spas and independent massage therapists in Athens throughout the years, and Drift is by far the best. Their prices make regular massage therapy a bit more accessible to me, yet nothing is sacrificed in the experience.
Wow! I was really blown away today by the amazing massage that I had by Amanda! I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage, and she spent time on every knot and tense muscle that I had! I’ve had several massages at several different venues, but this one was by far my favorite!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
