From the reviews
I had a great experience at TOTAL Physical Therapy for my lower back pain. The environment is so positive and everyone there is incredibly nice. I loved that they offer so many different treatments beyond just exercise, like stem and cupping. It made a huge difference in my recovery. Highly recommend!
My physical therapy experience at Total has been amazing! Kaitlyn and Tanya are knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient. They truly care about the well-being of their clients which is evident in each interaction. I went in for neck pain without a referral and they helped develop a therapy plan.
I would totally recommend this place to any of my friends! Tanya and Kaitlyn were great therapist and really helped me out! Kenna kept the vibe high! Before I came to therapy here, I had severe elbow pain, and now I don’t. I’m glad I get to enjoy the things I did before, but with no pain.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
