I visited Danielle after experiencing a minor shoulder injury at the gym, years after undergoing major shoulder surgery. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring—especially since this was my first time seeing her.
Danielle was very professional. I have a history of tension in my back. I had a therapist in another state that was amazing and have at many times tried others that never r matched. Danielle was fatastic. She went deep into tissue.
I was so impressed with the high quality care at TMT and the quick results I was able to see! Danielle was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The morning I came in I wasn’t even able to finish my runs because of pain, but the next day after meeting with Danielle I was back to running as usual! So happy I found them.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
