From the reviews

I feel so lucky to have found Tinozzi!!! I am a former collegiate athlete who has been dealing with ailments for a very long time. I recently tweaked my neck and was in so much pain and booked a massage with cupping at Tinozzi.

Love Tinozzi! Olga is a healer, she listens to your needs and incorporates hot stones and cupping upon request. I go every week! Staff are super friendly, a reflection of the owner Rina. Highly recommend this place!

I was walking down a sidewalk at a good pace and didn’t see a wheelchair entrance. When I stepped forward I thought there would be side walk that wasn’t there. Ten steps later I was doubled over in pain & couldn’t take a full breath.

I have been seeing Dr. Rina for about 2 years now. She is one of the best chiropractors I have had and a warm and caring person. She is very intuitive and her adjustments have been very effective at keeping me out of pain or getting my back in shape after a flair up. Her staff is friendly and welcoming.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
