From the reviews
If you ever need a chiropractor (or a massage therapist), Tinozzi Chiropractic is the place you want to go. Dr. Tinozzi is a miracle worker and is so incredibly good at what she does. Not only that, but she is the kindest, most generous and accommodating person you will ever meet.
I was really afraid of chiropractic - until I went to Rina! She is so sensitive to my hesitations, and not in a hurry. (Her sense of humor doesn't hurt either!) On the whole, I have a good feeling of being cared for by very capable hands and a deep commitment to my well-being.
Rina has a true gift - both as a chiropractor and humanitarian. Her bedside manner and capacity to really hear and see her patients sets her apart from other Doctors. I would recommend her services in a heartbeat.
I'm a physical therapist in Marin and I send patients who I feel can benefit from chiropractic care to Rina. I always get great feedback from them about Rina
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
