I was in car accident last July 2016 . I have pain in my whole back, neck and shoulder. I been treated by Chiropractic for for a long time and the pain still there and more. Not too long ago I found Dr. Oh Tianjin Acupuncture next door . My back,neck and shoulder are getting better.
My mom referred me to try this place as I often experience tension in my neck and shoulders from my computing desk job, and lower back sciatica. I was afraid of needles and have tried everything else (chiropractic, physical therapy, deep tissue massage, etc.) to treat chronic pain areas.
The best acupuncture clinic in town. I strongly and highly recommended this clinic to all who need a good treatment. You surly notice how well you are treated and you can feel that your body are healed.
We have been with this clinic for the last year intermittently for supplemental therapy for knee issues. We appreciate Dr. Oh's advice and treatments. Highly recommend.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
