I thought I had great massages in the past until I met Patrina. I had the most incredible 90-minute deep tissue massage that left me feeling completely renewed. From the very beginning, Patrina used deep, deliberate strokes—like a queen commanding every knot in my body to surrender.
I’ve suffered for many years with bad pack pain. Muscles are always super tight, knots all over my shoulders and back. Even after many other massages I’ve had over the years, no one really was able to get me relief. They’d work on the area quickly then move onto the next area. But not here!
Patrina is absolutely wonderful. Her space is very nice and relaxing. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I'm still feeling it the next day. I was so relaxed when it was done. I was also so relaxed throughout the experience that when she said I was all done, I couldn't believe it had already been 90 minutes.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
