From the reviews

Dr. Linda Wang is an amazing acupuncturist. My right hip has been hurt for more than 2 years, and had tried all types of treatment possible while had little improvement. Dr.

I recently visited Dr.Helen and Dr.Jon for severe neuralgia that I had been experiencing from my right shoulder to my right hand, which had kept me from getting a good night's sleep for two weeks. From the moment I met Dr.Helen, she took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and assess my situation.

Deanna is an amazing chiropractor. When I booked myself and my significant other an appointment, I immediately felt very taken care of and listened to. She was gentle and very attentive to my needs as I explained where my pain was, and she explained everything while she treated me.

Wow I don't know were to start. This office has been a very good experience for me. I appreciate business and people that do good for the cummunity. Very clean office and professional staff. They have indivisual offices for treatment, so there is no audience while treatment is in session.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
