From the reviews

I can’t say enough wonderful things! My husband was in a horrific motorcycle accident on May 28, 2022. We were told he may not survive and if by some miracle he did, walking may never be a reality for him again. After 6 weeks in rehab he came home, in a neck brace, body brace, cast on his leg and…..in a wheelchair.

Danni is really knowledgeable. I felt heard and understood. I had a swallow study done and I have heard negative stories about the discomfort. Yes it's uncomfortable but wasn't painful AT ALL. It didn't take long and she also explained the process of how she does the report.

I just completed a series of physical therapy appointments with Katelyn Roberts. We set a goal of what I wanted to accomplish when starting therapy and with lots of help and guidance from Katelyn, I met the goals. She is very knowledgeable and patient!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
