I highly recommend Natural Drip. The staff is so nice. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The chairs you sit in are so comfortable. The facility is clean and organized. The nurses are very knowledgeable and you don’t even hardly feel the IV which is a big deal because I’m a big baby when it comes to needles.
Hans did an alt, an Assisted Lymphatic Therapy on me. He was so thorough, talked me through the process, and then quieted when I was getting sleepy. He is very kind, and helpful. He has a great working knowledge of alt and assisting the body in helping it heal.
I love the services and the people here at Natural Drip in Mindful Medicine. The PRP injections have been such a game changer for my healing. The nasal ozone is also a must for any sinus issues.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
