I’ve been working with Dr. Mark at TheraRehab and Wellness for an elbow injury, and the experience has been amazing. My progress has been very noticeable over time. Dr. Mark is patient, professional, and takes the time to explain each step of the treatment.
My experience w TheraRehab and Wellness has been exceptional. This clinic provides the perfect mix of what it takes to get well. A serious and cutting edge approach to the hard core science of wellness combined with a caring and compassionate environment of therapists and administrators tells me TheraRehab is as…
So glad I found Dr. Mark Anthony and TheraRehab! I came in with multiple aches and pains in my lower body that I’d had for over a year from running, training and a ski accident. Nothing was debilitating to my day to day, but just dull pain that I thought I’d live with forever.
Have been going here for post-op PT and they have been great! Zach and Mark have been amazing, my pain has decreased significantly since I started coming here. They have been using shockwave laser therapy, dry needling, and multiple strength exercises.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
