From the reviews

Strong recommendation for Green Lotus Spa in Dallas. As a guy needing serious knot relief, the 90-minute deep tissue massage with added cupping and gua sha hit exactly where I needed it. Deep pressure, great technique, and I left noticeably looser with less back and shoulder tension. Clean, professional, and effective.

Massage type: 90 minute massage with walking and stretching. Therapist: Lucy Experience: I’ve been getting massages at least once per quarter for a decade and experienced the massages at spas like The Crescent, Omni, Now, etc. THIS was BY FAR the BEST massage I’ve received.

Got a 60 minute massage with walking and stretching (which I'd never done before) and it was a great experience. I was debating between medium & firm pressure, at most places I like firm+ lol but I'm really glad I got medium! They were also able to make a last minute accommodation for a group of 3 last minute.

Came in on a Thursday morning for a couple massage and the ladies were more than wonderful. I didn’t know I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders. I tried medium pressure and it was just tight. The ladies took their time addressing any concerns we had and we felt so at ease. Thank you green lotus massage!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
