From the reviews
Therapy Pros did an outstanding job. They are much different than mainstream physical therapists. They take more of a holistic approach. They want to help you be the best version of yourself. They sympathize with you and are very empathetic. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I had been dealing with pain for 4 months, after 6 visits I feel great. I noticed a difference after the first treatment. I appreciated that they explained why they were doing the different treatments. They also gave me stretches & strengthening exercises to prevent the issue from returning. I highly recommend!
Kristin & team did an amazing job helping me recover from a severe shoulder injury. Everything was thoroughly explained, treatment provided, instructions given & results measured. My lengthy recovery was absolutely beyond expectations & full mobility experienced. I would highly recommend Therapy Pro’s,
Thanks to Kristen and her treatment of my hip and lower back. Using the heat lamp, needling, and exercises I have been able to cope with the chronic pain. She is truly a professional, skilled therapist, caring and definitely has a great sense of humor!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
