From the reviews

Went last week and was able to book an appointment only 1–2 hours before for a last minute issue because my legs were in so much pain. Pamela was great — she knew the exact spots to work on and really focused on the target areas. I left with much looser muscles and significantly less pain.

★★★★★ — Cindy, May 2026

I saw Julia on my birthday and it was exactly what my body needed. As a hybrid athlete, there's always something that's sore and I left feeling so refreshed. She checked in with me throughout to make sure her pressure was ok (it was perfect) and to make sure I was doing ok. Nothing short of amazing.

★★★★★ — Francesca, Mar 2026

This is my 3rd or 4th session with Julia. She is amazing at what she does. She is kind, professional & knowledgeable. I leave feeling like a new person every time!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
