What clients say about the cupping here
“I’ve been struggling with chronic lower back pain for years, and after just a few sessions with Jessica, I’ve experienced incredible relief.”
“Jessica not only knew how to perform a massage, but she’s also very knowledgeable about every muscle in the body and the session was also educational for me.”
“What stood out the most is she said “I’m listening to your body and what it is telling me” I’m booking up at least once a month for possibly years and will never go anywhere else!”
“She tailors each session to address my specific pain points, combining deep tissue massage with soothing techniques that not only alleviate my discomfort but also leave me feeling deeply relaxed.”
From the reviews
Jessica was amazing for starters probably the best in Montgomery.I went too her for Medical Massage based on some recommendation and she did not disappoint. On top of eveyrthing she also did cupping to increase blood flow and also used cbd oils to help ease the pain without any up charge.
I highly recommend Jessica at Therapeutic Healing! Her exceptional massage skills have truly transformed my life. I’ve been struggling with chronic lower back pain for years, and after just a few sessions with Jessica, I’ve experienced incredible relief.
I recently had a massage session with Jessica, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, Jessica made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire session.
Session was a bday gift. My wife and oldest daughter treated me to a 90 minute session and boy did I get their money's worth! Jessica focused on areas I needed revived and did a wonderful job of breaking up the "concrete" knots in my neck.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
