From the reviews
My session with Sarah was exceptional!! Her technique was both therapeutic and relaxing, and she intuitively found areas of tension I didn’t even realize I had. The space was peaceful, clean, and welcoming. I appreciated the thoughtful communication before and after the massage. I’ll definitely be returning.
Sarah was absolutely amazing. I came in with a lot of pain in my back that other massage therapist could not help me. I left there with no more pain. She knows how to get you feeling back to your old self. I will definitely reschedule a second and third visit. Thank you so much for healing me
Amazing massage! Sarah really takes the time to understand what your body needs. The pressure was perfect, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I felt lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed afterward. Highly recommend her! I have already scheduled my monthly massages! Thank you Sarah!
Sarah is so good at what she does super attentive, calming, and somehow knew exactly where all my tension was hiding. I left feeling relaxed, loose, and honestly so refreshed. If you’re thinking about booking with her, do it. She’s incredible!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
