WOW! I just moved to Summerville and I decided to try the Winchester. I had no idea what I needed or who to see. I picked up the phone and called to receive some assistance in assessing what I needed. Well let me just say the woman on the phone was patient and delightful. She paired me with the perfect person.

My experience was nothing short of 10 stars but I can only give 5. Jenna was absolutely amazing and even though it was a very long 10.5 hour appointment I wouldn't have wish to have the experience I did with anyone else.
Avery is the GOAT of massages! I workout 6 days a week. HIIT, weightlifting, and run a 5k. I had so much tension and lactic acid built up. And every inch of my body was sore. 60 minutes with Avery and he worked out every single thing. Mr.Magic hands had me feeling like a new person.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
