I recently had a wonderful experience at Tala wellness studio. I had a full body treatment and it did not disappoint. Marija is so professional and personable. She makes you feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of body and products and new innovations in this industry.
I had a scalp and body treatment by Marija and I would give her 10 stars if I could. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was relaxing and she was welcoming. Both treatments were amazing but that scalp treatment was next level!!!
I was blessed to hear Marija speak about her business. She carries a fiery passion to be honest on your needs and uses all natural products. Not the stuff that says natural but hides unnatural contaminants in the small print. She also makes homemade natural soaps and candles.
This is the most amazing experience! I had an amazing lymphatic drainage massage at Tala Wellness Studio. The space was calming, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and intentional with her work. I left feeling noticeably lighter and more relaxed.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
