From the reviews
When I started my shots in the beginning of 2023, I was 315lbs. It's now October of 2024 and I am 157 without changing how i eat or exercising. It's amazing! Clothes fit again. Cute clothes! Not just clothes that cover up fat anymore.
Alisa Ruffner is an excellent nurse. She is knowledgeable and can explain things very well. She is very thorough and helpful. I would recommend working with her as a provider!
It has for sure been a positive experience for me. I have lost a lot of weight. You are very easy to talk to and to get Ahold of when anything is needed
Wonderful consultation and discussion. Felt very informed and had all my questions answered. I am eager to begin treatment with The Well!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
