What clients say about the cupping here
“He's easy to get an appointment with, and his staff is always professional and caring.”
“I came to the clinic nervous, scared, and honestly with out much hope that chiropractic care would "fix" my problem as I had already completed 10 weeks of physical therapy a few months before.”
From the reviews
Best chiropracty when choosing chiropracty services for the first time. Clinic health care products for sale the best, especially the PETITE-CORE PILLOW for children and small adults. Buy more than one for your family. Excellent.
One of the best chiropractors I’ve been to and I’ve gone my whole life to various ones. My neck hasn’t felt this good in years. The staff are all very kind and friendly and they treat me and my toddler like family.
Dr. Ron is super nice guy that takes great care of my back! He's easy to get an appointment with, and his staff is always professional and caring.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
