All the massage therapists give wonderful massages! Shoobie and Kendra are known for using essential oils, hot stones, and energy work by request. Lesley is known for her hot bamboo. Sue is known for her light touch and cupping. Lori is known for her light touch and ortho bionomy.
Leslie and Katie are the best!!! Their rooms are comforting and relaxing and they really listen to you when you point out what’s hurting the most. The prices are fair and everyone is really nice, too. This is the only place I go to for massages in the sycamore/dekalb area

Highly recommend booking a massage with Shoobie! This was my first time here and it won't be my last. Her massage room was super cute and had such a relaxing vibe with the music and ambiance. I did a 60min deep tissue massage with some hot stones and essential oils.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
