From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a warm compress around my neck and a delicious cup of tea. Kayla was professional and assessed my skin and gave her recommendation for what type of facial I needed.
First visit and let's just say that l'm a fan. Environment was perfect. The smells, sounds, sights, everything. Hands down one of the best massages I've had. Overall experience was superb. 5 stars are not enough to describe the experience. From the very beginning, customer service was A1.
This is the place to go for an exceptional spa experience. From the moment you walk through the door until you leave, everything feels elegant and thoughtfully curated. I had a 60-minute massage with Whitney, and she worked wonders on my tight, painful muscles — I walked out feeling essentially pain-free.
I had a terrific experience here on my first visit. The atmosphere is relaxing as you would expect and the staff is super attentive and helpful. I chose the 60 minute Triple Renew Massage and Lael was my therapist. The whole experience was amazing!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
