From the reviews

Wow, what an awesome experience I had this week at Body Works! I went in w/ a specific issue in my right shoulder and it was like magic. Holly, my therapist said to me, "yep, I feel it", and went to work, concentrating on that one spot, slowly and methodically working the knot out.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to go, this is it. Look no further, I’m 67 years old, wife to a wonderful caring husband, mother of two individual sons, seven loving grandchildren and a four month old great grandson!! I need massages to keep up with everyone! !

The staff is polite. Also, Aum Avery did a fantastic job with my deep pressure massage! It was the best message I’ve ever had💯 I highly recommend her because she tailors your massage according to your needs. You can tell she pours her heart out when she does your massage. Thank you!

If you are looking for a massage that actually delivers results—whether you're dealing with chronic tension or just need a mental reset—BodyWorks Therapy is the absolute gold standard. I left my session feeling completely recharged. This isn't just a "treat yourself" luxury; it’s essential maintenance for your body.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
