Met Dr.Kyle at his old place and when I found out he left and opened his own place, I followed. Great chiro, very honest and always helpful. Great perks (pillow, small stem machine etc.) the staff is amazing and down to earth. The new addition to the team, Dr. Mike is an awesome chiropractor !

You could see the passion and belief in Dr. Kyle's approach upon arrival. Have to love a good spirit! Nice, clean and comfortable waiting area. All of staff had welcoming personalities and were happy to answer questions. I got my pillow as promised and am ready to see how mush better it makes my neck and back feel!
I grabbed my blue neck pillow ahead of my appointment time by 10 mins. Dr. Kyle was sitting by the reception area and he stood right away to greet me so warmly as I told him the purpose of my visit. He was very accommodating and friendly. He was all smiles as he politely asked me to fill up a sheet for my information.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
