From the reviews

I have been seeing Jess since 2018. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy and very caring. My most recent scalp massage with lymphatic draining was nothing short of amazing. She treats the whole client with respect, kindness and recommendations for follow up services and supplements to keep you well.

★★★★★ — Debbie, Sep 2025

I have been a client of Rosebird for several years. However, my recent massage was a new level of excellence. Jess has always gone so beyond my expectations but the new oil and fragrance she used and is now available for purchase…not sure it can get any better!

★★★★★ — Davidkristi, Feb 2026

Oh my goodness I can’t say enough about Jess she is the best health and wellness practitioner I’ve been to!! Jess is so relatable and knowledgeable. She genuinely cares about you and your results and she helps me with things I don’t even realize are a problem like I go in for massage and she did a little lymphatic…

★★★★★ — Hillary, Dec 2025

Jess is truly the best out there. I’ve been going to her for an array of services since high school and now I’m 32! I love how you can chat with her about what you’re looking for and she’ll mock up a plan. She knows exactly what to do!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
