Best Massage ever! I recently booked a float and massage here for my husband and I as an anniversary treat and I wasn’t disappointed. We currently have a massage membership at another business but have seriously considered cancelling because the art of healing was the best massage we have ever gotten..
Allison is absolutely amazing!! I received 60 minute massage. She took such wonderful care of me! Could not be happier with quality of massage. So therapeutic! Skin Renew is the real deal. The definition of self care!! I highly recommend. All staff is super friendly, welcoming and so accommodating!

I can't say enough great things about Allison at Skin Renew Spa in Greenwood. Hands down, this was the best massage of my life. She has an incredible talent for intuitively finding the exact source of aches and pains and working them out with just the right pressure.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
