Hands down one of the BEST massages I’ve ever received. Courtney was an amazing masseuse and I look forward to my next treatment. I called Friday night and got in Saturday morning for a 2-hour session. The location is clean, staff is friendly/helpful/competent and overall it is a hidden gem.

We had a couple’s massage with Melissa and Derek! Very good and much needed massages! We really appreciated the customization options to suit exactly what we needed, no restricting limitations. We both combined a deep tissue massage with cupping.
Came in on a recommendation and got matched up with Spencer. This was my first male massage and he made the whole process comfortable and totally eased all my feelings of awkwardness lol. Spencer does a great job of conversating if you want to or letting you focus when you need to.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
