From the reviews
When searching for chiropractors in the area, I sorted by rating, and Axis Spine and Sport came up as one of the highest-rated chiropractors in the Phoenix area. From the first visit, I can see why it has overwhelmingly positive reviews.
I have been going to Axis Spine and Sport for a little while now.. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is so nice to have chiropractic care , and physical therapy at the same place. Again, the staff are really amazing, the office is clean, organized, and professional.
I am so glad that I made Axis Spine and Sport my first choice for chiropractic care! I have moderate scoliosis and feel so much better than I have in years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the doctors actually listen. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking an awesome chiropractor.
Amazing business! I’ve gone to roughly 3 out 4 other chiropractors and I have to say Dr. Jason and his team are nothing short of spectacular. Always great to talk to and are definitely there to help you and get you better. My family and I greatly appreciate them and the work they do!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
