From the reviews

I've been to The Right Touch about 10 times and it is consistently a wonderful experience. The changing room is extremely clean and the waiting area is tranquil and soothing. Come early and enjoy a cup of tea while reading a magazine!

I absolutely loved my massage yesterday but I have to admit to pay an extra charge for the locker and showers I don’t agree with. It definitely changed the experience considering you don’t get a bathrobe or slippers if you don’t pay the extra money. That should really be part of the service.

The spa is very clean and professional. My misuse was Danielle. She was great extremely professional. Definitely felt a lot better after the 90 minute massage. I could not have had a better person. She asked specific questions on what was bothering me the most. So she could concentrate on those problems more.

Me and my partner went for a massage in the couples suite today and it was heavenly. I live with chronic pain and my masseuse Jackie used the perfect pressure that was therapeutic for my joints but didn’t hurt and took extra care to always make sure I had a heat source on me and that I was always tucked into the…

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
