I came in for an 80 minute stretch massage with a deep tissue add on with Meredith. This was an absolutely amazing experience. Meredith’s communication was excellent before, during, and after the massage. I was asked questions about what I wanted and needed.
This place is amazing! Felt very welcomed from the moment I stepped foot into the spa. The heated massage tables, the calming sounds of waves, the mood lighting - all of it contributed to a serene experience. As for the massage itself, Latasha is the best!
Now Massage Boutique is a must. I've signed up for monthly appointments. The place is designed with every attention to detail. Minimal and utilitarian as well as comfortable. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The massage team is absolutely the best. They listened to my needs. Didn't sell me unneeded services.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
