This place is a vibe! The decor reminds me of a cute gallery. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I did a quick 25 minute message and will definitely be coming back for a fuller session. Tom is the sweetest and he really worked my muscles during my HEALER session.
The NOW was amazing! I had one of the best experiences ever. Antoine was exceptionally good! The place was calming and quiet. Jazmine (owner) was very helpful and friendly! I wish I took more pictures but I wanted to be present in the moment.
Was able to get a same day appointment, which was great because I was having a lot of tension in my neck and lower back. The space is welcoming and relaxing, easy to book and check in/out. The person working the front desk was very warm and kind. Lonzell was my masseuse- he was professional and did a fantastic job.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
