From the reviews
I highly recommend the nest for massage and cupping. Emily has helped me deal with my neck and back pain. They are super nice and accommodating. Very relaxing experience!!
Bristol is lucky to have a place like this! The experience was great from start to finish. Super friendly staff. A+ hospitality. Very relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed relaxing in the tub. This was much needed for me from a mental and physical standpoint. The interior space looks awesome with its style and decor.
Jen is wonderful! I always look forward to my massages with her! Also, did a corporate event this week for administrative professionals day and The Nest pulled it off wonderfully!
I’ve been here a handful of times and have always had a great experience, but this most recent visit took the cake. My appointment was with Donna for a pregnancy massage at 23 weeks. She lowered the bed temperature and adjusted the elevation when she found out I have POTS.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
