From the reviews

I work in a stressful industry and I do yoga/mindfulness daily and lift weights as often as my body allows me to to push back on the stress of my profession. After experiencing weeks of poor quality sleep/insomnia mixed with over sleeping and my blood pressure being elevated I was desperate.

New shop in town is the best shop in town! After years of experience Kerrie has opened her own spa, with cutting edge gear and a true gift/passion for healing touch! You will not find a better massage/cupping/hot stone and near infrared light bed anywhere else in the region!

Kerrie is truly amazing! I came in with lots of knots & over used muscles but now I feel so relaxed and can go back to my athletic activities! The massage was very thorough, the cupping was so cool, and the light pod helped my tendons extremely!! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

★★★★★ — Ally, Nov 2021

Kerrie really knows her stuff. One of the best & healing massages I have ever had. I tried cupping for the first time and it is the so amazing. I'm hooked on the prism light pod as well.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
