…She uses cupping which as a fellow therapist I absolutely love. Definitely recommend for clinical massage work. Although we didn’t get to some areas I had asked for a little work on, she did a work over of my right shoulder for most of the session, that felt great!
I felt very welcomed and Shyanne understood what muscles, techniques, and areas to focus on with my general description of problem areas. If you’re looking for some serious deep pressure massaging, highly recommend Shianne to leave you feeling bruised but relieved from built up scars tissue and ongoing tension buildup.
I'm a big ball of tension... Shianne is truly amazing! This last session my left leg and my hips were just PISSED... it was getting difficult to even sleep or rest... She took the time and released the ball of rage that was in my connected legs to rest of body part (she tells me the names... I can just never remember).

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
