From the reviews

The Mobility Doc is the place to go for chiropractic care. I've gone many times and feel better after each treatment. She offers other services I've used, like dry needling and cupping. Highly recommend, one of the best around!

I have always appreciated the holistic mentality and practices of a Chiropractic Doctor. I’ve seen close to 2 dozen different chiropractors in the past 3+ decades and I can honestly say, there is something really special about Dr. Moira.

★★★★★ — Lori, Mar 2025

Our company has a wellness program, our regular chiropractor was on vacation, and Dr. Martin kindly filled in allowing us to not miss regular treatment. She is very personable and relatable. I've been dealing with back and hip issues for years and have seen many chiropractors.

★★★★★ — Dee, Aug 2025

I have been seeing Dr. Martin on and off for over five years for a variety of issues. She has helped me through some very difficult times, including periods when I could barely stand up straight because of the pain. She is compassionate, friendly, thorough in her evaluations, and always honest.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
