Why The Middle Wellness is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “Methods (ARM) - because I'm done guessing, and I'm done watching people collect providers like Pokémon while their pain keeps coming back. I've personally lived this. Years of sciatic symptoms. The same routine - cupping, scraping,…” source →

From the reviews

I had a massage with James and he was AMAZING! He listened thoroughly to my needs and concerns and worked accordingly! I’ll def be scheduling more services with James. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness and comforting approach. I almost forgot to add how thorough the owner was when I called to schedule.

Taelour's knowledge and professionalism are exemplary. I have been seeking someone like her to relieve the pain in my shoulder and neck caused by my scoliosis, and at long last, my prayers have been answered.

★★★★★ — Linda, Feb 2026

I have been very thight muscled through the neck and shoulders and James gave me an excellent massage and they feel much better. I have had issues with the IT band in my right leg for years. James massaged the muscles around it, and for the first time in years I can walk painlessly. He works miracles.

★★★★★ — Rodney, Oct 2024

Taelour has the best deep touch I've ever experienced. Simply the most therapeutic massage I can imagine... I missed a few months of appointments and could tell a significant difference from when I was a regular monthly client. The monthly visits are definitely the way to go!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
