From the reviews
Amazing compassionate service! Book with Zoe!! I have been looking into a great place for a massage for some time with someone that has experience. It just so happens I got in an accident and needed massage. This place is clean, professional, and everyone is so nice and accommodating!
I was in a pickle of needing a last minute appointment, something I try to avoid at all costs, but sometimes life just happens. In my search for an appointment, Kim was able to get me in same day, within the hour!
I've had hundreds of massages over the last 5 years but only one massage that accurately diagnosed areas of my body by muscle and tendon groups that were too tight and problem areas. I had a posterior hip replacement several years ago that left my quad and side with severely decreased range of motion.
Omg, Had an appointment with Devony. After a car trip to Idaho and back I could hardly move. I had trouble sleeping even after being back home and in my own bed. I was struggling to sit down, get up, or move much at all. Sneezing almost had me in tears. After my session I would say I am feeling 80% better.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
