From the reviews

Heba is such an amazing human being. She has created a very calm and serene environment. The moment you walk in, there is a sense of peace. I have been blessed by Heba's gifted hands twice now. I'll be returning there a 3rd time, soon enough. I really appreciate her patience and kindness.

Heba is the best! She understands the body in a way I’ve never had a therapist understand before (and I’ve been getting massages for years!). Atmosphere is warm and relaxing, which helps me recharge during each session. I highly recommend the Massage Bar for your health and relaxation needs!!!

Heba is amazing. She was kind, informative, she asked great questions, and went above my expectations. I will highly recommend her.

Jasper is so helpful and always responsive to my needs and my requests! I went in today for a lymphatic drainage massage and it was lovely. I had been congested for several days, recovering from an illness, and after only an hour session I felt SO much better.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
