From the reviews

From asking whether I needed to use the restroom beforehand, ensuring the bed was just the right temperature, music at the perfect level, cupping offered during the service that I didn't originally schedule, and asking if I like regular or cold temp water...everything was lovely! Joey did not miss anything!

Received a gift card for a massage and it was wonderful! The place is nice and inviting, the rooms were clean and well-kept, and staff were so friendly and attentive. I also tried the red light therapy for the first time and felt amazing during and after. Will be back!

I had a pregnancy massage with Ariel, and she was amazing! Very good energy, great technique, applied the pressure I needed. The table was perfect for my bump with a cut out in the middle. It was very soothing and relaxing and I would definitely recommend.

I had a great Deep Tissue massage at The Knot Massage. Ariel was fantastic, she found so many knots in my upper and lower back. I felt so much relief in my back after my massage. I will definitely go back to Ariel for future Deep Tissue massages.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
