From the reviews
I have been going to the Institute of Natural Health for a little over a year now. My overall health and well being has drastically improved. My favorite is meeting every month with Kate Rose! Kate is more than a nutritionist, she took her time to understand my health goals, lifestyle, and concerns I had.
INH is absolutely great. Every time I go there the people I encounter are so friendly and helpful. Lauren Skyles is a great NP and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond any practitioner I've ever had in the past.
I had a wonderful experience with nurse Kate at the Institute of Natural Health. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. Kate took the time to really understand my health goals and provided thoughtful guidance on nutrition and supplements tailored specifically to my needs.
Finally, a place where they listen to your concerns and work specifically with YOUR needs. Thoughtful, caring, and comprehensive. I’ve been receiving my IV treatments for a few months now. They are gentle, attentive, and quick to answer any questions or concerns I have from start to finish. I highly recommend.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
