From the reviews
I have gone to chiropractors since I was in tenth grade so I have met quite a few here in rapid, I have NEVERRR found a chiropractor like Dr. Kyleigh!! Immediately and most superficially the space is amazing, she has created such a beautiful zen space for her clients.
Dr. Kyleigh is phenomenal. Her space is so calming and she even had toys for my little one to play with during my appointment. Dr. Kyleigh listened to my concerns and the mobility issues I had been struggling with. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time.
Having never been to a Chiropractor before I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very impressed by Dr. Kyleigh’s office space, which is very warm and inviting. Dr. Kyleigh herself is very knowledgeable and explains everything she’s doing and why. I really enjoyed the cupping technique she did as well as the adjustment.
Dr. Kyleigh was recommended to me because I had been experiencing extreme lower back pain with very limited mobility, the adjustment was amazing - she is so knowledgeable and personable! We decided to do cupping which I have never had done before - OMG! I can touch my toes again!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
