I recently had a 60-minute deep tissue massage at Heaven Spa with Josh Audain, and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the start, I loved that I could choose my own music—being a jazz fan, that was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a relaxing experience.
The Heavens Spa is Fantastic. I Love it. I got the best massage from Joshua it was really amazing. I walked out feeling wonderful. And he gave me helpful tips on how to stretch to loosen some muscle that was tight. The Best Spa I've been to.
My massage therapist was Josh. Josh was very professional and attentive to what I asked for. My experience was calming and relaxing. The music was great too! I would definitely go back and ask for Josh!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
